Avatar Center

“Avatar” is how we call all playable characters that aren’t Memory Keepers, they can take part in ARPG activities the same way Keepers do, with the difference that they don’t receive in-game benefits but still can participate normally in activities. Avatars can be created for free, which makes them perfect for those who just want to have fun and do some missions, without needing to worry about Closed Species stuff.

There are two types of Avatars: the Community-Made Avatars, which are the ones created by the members of the group, and the Creator-Made Avatars, which are the ones created by mr-tiaa & shiroganeRyo , obtainable through events or sales. Both types have the same in-game features and are based solely on living beings.

Community-Made Avatars

Avatars may be of many different species (except, of course, a Keeper); they can be human, anthro/furries, or feral animals! For storytelling purposes, hybrids (animal ears/nekomimi included), fantasy, and mythical creatures cannot be made by community users; we also cannot accept “fan characters” nor characters from other closed/original species, because of copyright reasons. That being said, your Avatar is 100% yours to create and develop, they may wear any clothes and have minor magic power (excluding physical shapeshifting, mind control/reading, summoning magical creatures, time-traveling and reality-warping/bending; more may be added in the future). It’s preferable that they fit the “fantasy RPG” vibe, otherwise they may look a bit off, but it’s all up to you!

If you own a Memory Keeper you may bind them to your Avatar. When your Avatar and Keeper are bound, they’ll earn you bonus loot whenever they are featured together on mission artworks, just link both of them when claiming it! Binding doesn’t require any official approval and may be made and broken at your will, the only requirement is that you own both the Keeper and Avatar being bound.

Once you have an idea of what you want for your Avatar, it’s important to register them.
Please download the sheet below and fill it with a full body picture and some basic info about your character.

If you can’t or don’t want to use the sheet for any reason this is also fine, we just ask you that the picture you submit has a clear full body and the same info listed on the sheet. You may also have another artist to draw your Avatar for you, but the sheet must be submitted by you, and proper credits to the artist + permission of usage proof must be linked in the submission!

Getting your Avatar Approved

Once you are happy with your Avatar, please submit a comment in this post with the filled sheet (or the artwork of your choice) attached to it; remember to also include the proof of permission usage if the artwork wasn’t made by you!

If your Avatar is bound to a Memory Keeper, please link its Masterlist entry in your comment as well.
In case there’s no Keeper bound to your Avatar, please just type “N/A”; you may feel free to comment under your previous comment to update your sheet in case they get bound to a Keeper in the future. We’ll review it and let you know if everything’s in order.

A mod will check your comment and let you know if everything is in place or if there are any required changes.

This comment will be the official record of your Avatar and you will be required to link it in any activities you do with your Avatar, so be sure to save the comment link. Creator-Made Avatars

Those are Avatars created by the group owners, which always come as a set with a matching Memory Keeper and may be obtainable through official Sales, Auctions, and Events. They are usually slightly related to the story and may be of rare species as mythical creatures, however, their in-game functions are the same as the Community-Made Avatars.

Creator-Made Avatars and their matching Memory Keeper cannot be split, which means they can only be traded/sold/gifted together. They fall under the Adopts Terms of Service.

Since we have control of these, they don’t need to be registered through the sheet.
